Linear 84C from the varieties of metal linear ceiling options has been used as a worthwhile option on exterior and interior architecture and gives the designers, a considerable option for visual design continuity. The panels hook into the concealed suspension system to form a closed joint linear ceiling. It will give a satisfactory rhythm to any project, where colors & length come together. Architects can fulfil with ease, several acoustical criteria with the insertion of acoustical inlays.

Material: Galvanized Steel 0.5mm, Aluminium 0.65mm

Panels: Square edge, 84mm wide, 13 mm deep, length up to 5mtr

Carrier: Carrier shall be 20 mm wide and 45 mm deep of 0.5mm Galvanized Steel stove enameled black to hold Panel in module of 100 mm.

Paint Finish: 55 microns thick powder coating on exposed surface or 25 microns polyester coil coated over primer on visible surface with primer coat on rear side.

84C EXTERIOR LINEAR CLOSED CEILING

The VINDSIL® 84C Closed Ceiling system consists of box shaped panels which can be easily clipped on the carrier. The 84 mm wide panels feature a flange that closes-off the 16 mm joint between the panels (module 100 mm). The 12.5 mm deep recessed joint gives a linear direction to the ceiling plane whilst being closed-off from the plenum.

84C/184Cclipped ceiling system consist of box shaped panels, consisting 24mm wide flange that are closes the 16mm joint between the panels and provided the module 200mm\100mm.

84C/184C Panels and 12.5mm deep being its stove enamelled aluminium panels are recyclable. Light in weight but strong.

84C/184C carrier 0.5mm thick stove enamelled steel or 0.90mmthick aluminium. Carrier have a standard length of 2500mm.

All the panels can be easily demounted andre-fixed manually (without any advance tool) with allow the full access to the plenum and to the services behind.

Perforated panels with a non-woven textile membrane profile the acoustic solution for conferences areas.
